Returns

noName has a 14 day return policy. Made-to-order items are not eligible for a refund as they are pre-ordered and custom-made

The customer is responsible for the return cost of shipping and all other related expenses. 

All products must be returned in an unworn, unwashed and intact state and with all protective materials in place, as well as attached noName tags and dust bags.

noName reserves the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of wear or has been altered from its original condition in any way. In this instance, you may choose to have the item(s) sent back to you at your own expense.

How to return an item

Please send an email to orders nonamebymm.com  if you wish to return an item.

The customer is responsible for arranging the return and for all related costs, to the extent that the return of the items are not the result of an error made by noName.

You will not be refunded for the costs paid for shipping, unless the return is due to an error from our side. 

Customers are advised to obtain proof of postage when returning goods. noName cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft, or damage to the parcel.

On receipt of the product(s) returned by the customer, our customer service will send a confirmation of receipt of the product by e-mail, and issue a refund.
